If Taco Tuesday is your favorite day of the week, you’re going to want to check out the taco cones from the 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck located at Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida.

These $12 taco cones are massive in size and chock full of shredded lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole, queso, salsa and jalapeño, as well as your choice of filling. Plus, you don’t even need a park ticket to try them!

Though they look like ice cream cones, taco cones are actually crispy tortillas rolled into a cone shape with the filling stuffed inside. A taco cone looks far easier to eat than a typical taco, which generally requires two hands and a plate to catch whatever filling drips out.

And look how delicious they look!

In addition to whichever meat you choose, the tacos are packed with lime, guacamole, sour cream and plenty of other delicious toppings. I mean, could these cones look any more tantalizing?

Seriously, my mouth is watering just looking at them!

You can just bite into the taco cone, similar to the way you would with an ice cream cone or simply eat it with a fork. The shape makes it easy for customers to carry and snack on while still walking around the area.

And though their taco cones are their main draw (and for good reason), the truck also offers various other kinds of delicious-looking dishes.

Aside from the cones, they offer loaded nachos and traditional tacos, as seen below:

You can also enjoy one of these quesadillas.

They even have some desserts, like these dessert nachos that consist of strawberries, berries and other fruit topped with plenty of chocolate:

So, what time can you catch this food truck? It’s open for lunch and dinner from 11:30 a.m. until 10 p.m., seven days a week.

Make Your Own Taco Cones

Not visiting Orlando anytime soon? There are also recipes you can use to prepare taco cones at home. Spoiler alert: It’s all about the technique.

This recipe from Two Healthy Kitchens says that the key to making a perfect taco cone is coating it with cheese on the inside of the tortilla, shaping it, and then microwaving it with balled up parchment paper inside. That way, it retains its cone-like shape.

After the cones have cooled, you can then fill them with your favorite taco fixings, such as seasoned meat or rice and refried beans.

You can then wrap the taco cone (or the ta-cone, as Two Healthy Kitchens calls it) in parchment paper or a baggie to ensure nothing falls out.

This makes the taco cones even more portable, so you can eat them in the car, at a picnic or even while you’re walking around your own local theme park.
