How have we not seen this before? Such a simple and easy way to freeze and store bacon!
Recipes hardly ever call for a full pound of bacon – and once the package is open, it’s a mess to handle, store, and keep fresh.
Simply roll your unused slices into the shape of snails, put in baggies and freeze. When you need a few, grab what you need, de-thaw, and you’re ready to go.
I personally tried this last week and it’s worked beautifully – consider it tested and approved!
