There Is Now A Cheese Food Crawl At Disney World’s Epcot
BRB, we're booking a trip right now!
Walt Disney World may be best known for its family-friendly rides and attractions. But over the last few years, the Florida resort has tapped into a new legion of fans: foodies. Disney chefs and menu makers are moving beyond standard amusement park fare and introducing guests to new experiences such as food trucks, bourbon crawls and beignets.
Walt Disney World’s Epcot Theme Park even has its own festival dedicated to all things tasty. The 2019 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival runs through Nov. 23 and gives guests an opportunity to sample foods of all kinds from around the world. And if you’re a cheese lover, there’s a food crawl just for you at this year’s festival.
Emile’s Fromage Montage is a cheese crawl inspired by the Disney animated feature “Ratatouille,” and it offers visitors five different stops around the park’s World Showcase to enjoy cheese dishes that run from savory to sweet. Guests can pick up a Food and Wine passport to get the full Emile’s menu.
As guests purchase and enjoy each dish, they get a stamp for their passport. Those who eat all five dishes get a free sweet treat to end the day.
Let’s take a look at what’s on the menu:
Impossible Cottage Pie
The Impossible Cottage Pie features Impossible Ground Meat with carrots, mushrooms and peas topped with mashed cauliflower, white beans and mozzarella. You can find it at the Earth Eats booth.
Black Pepper Boursin Soufflé
The Cheese Studio food booth presents a delicate soufflé with “soft, spreadable Gourney cheese infused with peppercorns and adorned with a sweet fig marmalade. Food writer and editor Cristine Struble tackled Emile’s Fromage Montage and shared her soufflé on Twitter.

Toasted Raclette Swiss Cheese
What could be better than warm, gooey cheese? Not much. The Alps food booth has the Toasted Raclette Swiss Cheese plate featuring toasted swiss cheese, baby potatoes, cornichons and a French baguette.
Germany’s schinkennudeln is the country’s version of macaroni and cheese. It has pasta, cheese, ham and onions brought together with the bonus of a crispy, cheese topping. Instagrammer @epcoteats gave followers a sneak peek of the traditional German dish shortly before the Food and Wine Festival began.

As the proud #Sconnie that I am, I was quite literally built for this challenge. I am proud to say I finished Remy’s Fromage Montage with ease. Here is a photo of my victory cheesecake on the unofficial table of Food and Wine Festival (its a garbage can). 👌🏻🤗🐭🧀 – – – #fromagemontage #cheesehead #disneyfoodandwinefestival #disneyworld #epcot #epcotfoodandwine #allthecheeseplease #disneykid #childlessmillennialsofdisney
