These Photos From Meghan Markle’s Tour of Ireland Prove She Looks Stunning No Matter What She Wears
Maybe it’s the luck o’ the Irish, but the Duchess of Sussex has elevated her style game on a recent trip with Prince Harry through Ireland. Though the newlyweds were only in Ireland for two days, Meghan Markle looked flawless hopping from royal appearance to royal appearance.
She hit the ground running in Ireland in heels and a demure Givenchy day dress. The fitted dark-emerald-green dress fell just below the knee and featured genius details, too: front pockets with buttons. She accessorized with camel-colored heels and a structured Strathberry handbag.
Party Dress
Later, Meghan made a quick change to a more suitable party ensemble. She wore a little black dress by Emilia Wickstead for a summer party at the British Ambassador’s residence at Glencairn House in Dublin. The beauty is in the details, again. The A-line silhouette and square neckline made the sleeveless dress anything but basic. And the wide black belt with gold hardware accentuated her waistline.
Signature Style
Next she slipped on a muted green dress by Roland Mouret, which featured a boatneck style and asymmetric draping detail. Her accessories included a black Fendi bag and black suede heels by Paul Andrew.
She wore this dignified outfit to meet Ireland’s President Michael Higgins and his wife Sabina Coyne at the official residence, Aras an Uachtarain. And the foursome found time to walk the president’s dogs during their official visit.
Princess in Pants
Then, Meghan let her hair down and donned pants — her first public pantsuit since marrying the prince. The more casual, but no less chic Givenchy ensemble was perfect for taking in traditional sports at Croke Park and walking through Ireland’s Famine Memorial.
She may have left her blush pink pieces behind on this Irish excursion, but her style continues moving forward. We can’t wait until her next official outing for more lovely looks. Do you have a fashion favorite from the Duchess of Sussex?
