This Genius Method For Reheating Meat Without Drying It Out Is A Game-Changer

There’s nothing worse than reheating a formerly-succulent piece of meat and turning it into a hockey puck. Whether you’re doing it on the stove, or slapping it in the microwave, it just isn’t gonna do much for you.

Thanks to Eater, we’ve got a new way of taking your leftover meat to the next level that we hadn’t even thought of. Try it out for yourself!

While Eater uses sous-vide to achieve their results, once we showed this video around the office we heard about a slightly different method. Apparently, you can just throw your meat into a resealable plastic bag with some olive oil, force all the air out and throw it in boiling water for a few minutes to bring it to temp. Who knew?
