This Is The Ultimate Road Trip Across Europe

We’ve already published an article about the ultimate road trip across the United States. It was created by a really smart Ph.D. candidate named Randy Olson who used a computer model to determine the best route through all fifty states.

Well, Randy is at it again.  This time he’s taken the same approach to creating the ultimate road trip across Europe.  To create the trip, Randy used an article from Business Insider about the best places in Europe to visit.  He then removed any places that required travelling over water so you would be able to drive to everything.

The trip stops in 45 places across Europe and will take 14 days of driving and is a total of 16,287 miles. Here’s what the route looks like:
