Toasted Marshmallow Milano Cookies Are Coming!

Milano cookies are a classic, and whether you’re a fan of the original or prefer one of their newer flavors like mint or double chocolate, the crisp chocolate-filled cookie never seems to disappoint. If you’re a Milano fan who also happens to love s’mores, it’s time for you to get excited: there’s a new flavor of Milano cookies coming in the new year, and it’s the perfect dessert for winter.

Toasted Marshmallow Milanos are set to hit Target shelves January 1, which may not be the best timing for our New Year’s resolutions, but it’s exciting news nonetheless. Who can say no to add a layer of marshmallow to these chocolate-filled cookies?  If there’s one thing to get excited for for 2017, it’s definitely these cookies — healthy eating can wait a day (or a week… or two).

In addition to the newest Toasted Marshmallow flavor, Pepperidge Farms released a number of new Milano flavors this past year: Banana Chocolate, Mocha Chocolate and Salted Caramel Chocolate. The makers of Milano are known to gear their cookie flavors towards adults, which makes us all the more excited to try these refined toasted marshmallow cookies, but it’s hard not to imagine kids loving these flavors as well. After all, who doesn’t love a good combination of chocolate and marshmallow?

If you’re not able to make it to a snowy cabin to toast your own marshmallows by the fire in January, these Milanos will have to do instead. They may not be real s’mores, but they’re likely the next best thing.
