Do you know the difference between St. Louis-style ribs and baby back ribs? Have you mastered the skill of grilling a steak to perfection? Are you a carnivore who’s not afraid of the undesirable, but often times unavoidable, meat sweats? If you answered “yes” to these questions, then read on. Reynolds Wrap — yes, the magical plastic wrap that seals your leftovers like none other — is looking for the ultimate meat enthusiast to travel the country on the hunt for the very best barbecue spots.

That’s right. This company will pay one lucky person $10,000 for two weeks while you eat your way through America’s top cities for barbecue. While the itinerary of barbecue joints is not yet public information, you can bet barbecue heavyweights such as Nashville will be on the list.

Officially titled the Chief Grilling Officer, or CGO, this person’s responsibilities will include learning about grilling culture and techniques for the Reynolds Wrap test kitchen, according to the company. The CGO will be sharing his or her experiences on ReynoldsKitchens.com and on the company’s social media channels.

“We’re on a mission here at Reynolds Wrap to identify the best grilling techniques and tips to share with backyard grillers,” said Brienne Neisewander, brand director for Foil at Reynolds Consumer Products. “We’re looking for a truly passionate grilling enthusiast to lead the way across the country and discover hidden grilling gems.”

As if this job doesn’t already sound like a dream, the CGO will enjoy pre-paid travel and can bring a friend along. Not to mention this lucky grilling master will get the chance to try the juiciest, most flavorful BBQ across the nation.

Those interested can apply now through Aug. 13. All you need is a photo of your favorite grilling recipe and a 100-word statement on why you should be the CGO. Good luck!
