Ulta just released a new Harry Potter-inspired makeup collection

Ulta

Break out your wands — or rather, your eyeshadow brushes. Ulta has just released a new line of Harry Potter-themed products. From brilliantly-hued eyeshadow palettes to sweet hair accessories and makeup bags, Ulta now has everything you need to tap into your inner wizard.

You can purchase items online now, or wait until July 26 to get them in person at Ulta locations. Some of the products are sold out already, so you’ll want to act fast if you want delivery.

The Harry Potter X Ulta collaboration includes lip crayons (some of which are currently out of stock), a lip gloss line, the House Pride scrunchies (in colors like cobalt blue, mustard yellow, jade green and rich red), and adorable cosmetics bags which feature mottos from each Hogwarts house. The line is also set to include body lotion, skincare items, nail stickers, jelly blush, sheet masks, bath bombs and liquid shimmer.

You’ll definitely want to pick up lip gloss in shades Hedwig, Platform 9 3/4 and Spectrespecs. Each of these cost $10.

Among the highlights of the line are the four eyeshadow palettes, each of which are themed around Hogwarts Houses. There is the Hufflepuff eye shadow palette, which makes a nod to the Hufflepuff House colors (yellow and black) with muted mattes in earthy tones, including rust, taupe and even mustard yellow.

If you prefer the Ravenclaw colors (blue and bronze), then check out the new Ravenclaw Ulta eyeshadow palette featuring blues, grays and neutrals. (Hint: Blue eyeshadow really makes brown eyes pop, so you brown-eyed beauties may want to try out this palette).

Or, try the Slytherin eyeshadow palette, which is heavier on greens, of course. The Slytherin House colors are green and silver, and the Ulta palette offers an array of sage, army green, and shimmery hues which will suit a variety of skin tones and eye shapes.

Of course, we cannot forget Gryffindor! Now, their House colors are red and gold, which doesn’t exactly jibe with a really wearable eyeshadow palette, but not to worry: Ulta has toned down the vibrant reds into soft mauves, matte browns and golden shimmers that can take you from day to night.

Each Harry Potter Ulta Eyeshadow Palette is $16, or you can get them all together for $50. Order online or check your local Ulta, but don’t wait too long: We predict these are going to sell faster than a flying Snitch! You might want to pick up this Deathly Hallows Brush Kit for $25 while you’re at it.

Our only complaint is there is no nod to Dolores Umbridge and her signature pink hues! Maybe next time. Until then, shop the Harry Potter x Ulta collab here.
