Use MuscleWiki To Find Workouts That Target Specific Muscle Groups

Wikimuscle

This is pretty cool. If you’re looking to target a specific muscle group in your workout, visit MuscleWiki before you hit the gym.

When you arrive to the page, simply click on the muscles you want to work. You will then be directed to a page with easy to follow exercises for that muscle set.

About MuscleWiki

MuscleWiki aims to provide an easily accessible and digestible way to discover new fitness routines, and help others achieve their fitness goals. In addition to the muscle diagram with workouts is a calorie counter, macro calculator, and one rep max tool.
