Use This Simple Formula To Make Fool-Proof Stir Fry Recipes

Stir-frying is a great way to make quick meals.  Once you master the technique, there are so many possibilities and different meal combinations you can make. And in case you’re new to stir-frying, it’s just a cooking process in which ingredients (meat and vegetables) are fried in a small amount of oil while being stirred continually.

  • 1 pound of protein
