Wasabi Doritos Are A Guaranteed Party In Your Mouth
Are you looking to change up your snack game? There is a new snack on the scene that’s going to blow your mind: Frito-Lay is now rolling out Wasabi Doritos. Yes, these Doritos are flavored like wasabi, the spicy green paste that tastes like horseradish and comes with your sushi.
Instagrammer @candyhunting, who is notorious for announcing the latest in junk food news and trends, revealed the new wasabi Doritos flavor with this post:

“Limited Time Only Wasabi Doritos are out now at Walmart!” the post read.
In addition to Walmart, the spicy snack is also being sold at Sam’s Club and through Amazon. They are a limited-edition item, so snag them while you can!
People are social media were divided as to how they felt about the new, and apparently, controversial flavor. (Which is not surprising, considering the bold flavor of wasabi divides even those who get it served with their sushi.) Some are hyped about the latest debut from Doritos:

This is not the first time that Doritos has experimented with some out-there new flavors, although many have not been made available stateside. There were Mountain Dew Doritos, Toasted Corn and Pizza Cravers, to name a few.
If the green hue is what you’re after, you can also get your fix with grilled jalapeno XBox One X Power Up Doritos. This green chip is part of the company’s collaboration with Xbox to create video game-inspired flavors, which also includes Halo Nacho, Halo Diablo, Gears of War 4 Incognita, Gears of War 4 Flamin’ Hot, Forza Pizzerolas and Forza 3Ds. These appear to be available only in Mexico for now, though, so you’ll need friends or family to send them.
It truly makes you wonder what they will think of next!
