This Week’s Puzzle: Can You Figure Out The Pattern To These Numbers

This puzzle is frustrating people all across the internet.  It’s been shared over 3,000,000 times on Facebook.  Personally, I couldn’t figure it out and had to cheat to and watch the video below.  The video claims if you can figure out the puzzle, you have an IQ over 150.
