Mark your calendars! The countdown to the newest royal baby is now just a few months away. Although Kensington Palace previously announced that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s baby was expected in the “spring of 2019,” it seems that the Duchess of Sussex may have hinted at her due date when she greeted well-wishers in Birkenhead, England.

Carla Gandy, who spoke to the Duchess at the event, told People, “We asked her how her pregnancy was going and she said she was six months and she tapped her tummy.”

That would mean the royal couple would likely be welcoming their first child sometime in April, give or take a few weeks. People also reported that the Duchess told others at the same event that she was due in late April as well.

Surprisingly, an April due date is what one royal-watcher came up with back in October after noticing that Markle was wearing a trio of stacked rings that included colored gemstones that could represent the Prince and Duchess’ birth months as well as a diamond, the birth stone that’s associated with April.

On Twitter, the eagle-eyed sleuth showed an image of the three rings and explained each stone’s significance:

As you might expect, royals fans are also enjoying guessing what the couple may name their child. Popular predictions include classic royal names like Victoria, Albert and, of course, Diana. However, while the Duchess has kept mum on baby names, a 7-year-old girl who spoke to the royal reportedly gave Markle a suggestion that she liked.

“I asked her whether she would call her baby Amy if she has a girl, and she said, ‘That’s a really pretty name, I like it. We’ll have to think about it,'” Megan Dudley told reporters after the exchange.

Whether the baby is a boy or girl, or a Victoria or an Amy, we will all just have to wait until April to find out.
