Ever since it was reported that Lifetime was going to make a movie about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s love story, people have been speculating about which lucky actors were going to be tapped to play the lovebirds.

Well, while we know who will play the world’s hottest couple (Murray Fraser and Parisa Fitz-Henley) Lifetime has also officially chosen several other members for “Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance,” including the roles of Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton.

So who are they?

The role of Prince William will be played by Burgess Abernethy, a 31-year-old Australian actor who is best known for his roles in thrillers such as “Quietus” and “Mirrors.” However, he has also cut his teeth on lighter romantic roles, such as in the TV series “Home and Away.”

Here is a photo from his Instagram page where he is posing with his mama. What do you think? Do you see a resemblance to Prince William?

Laura Mitchell, who will take the role of Duchess Kate, is a Canadian actor. She has starred in a number of Hallmark movies, including “Finding Santa,” “October Kiss” and “Christmas Bucket List.” She also was featured in
“Menendez: Blood Brothers” another Lifetime movie. So, it’s safe to say that Mitchell knows the T.V. movie industry very well!

Do you think she could pass for the Duchess of Cambridge?

As for Prince William and Kate Middleton’s two beautiful children (Prince George and Princess Charlotte), these roles have been cast as well. Preston Karwat will play the little prince, and Briella Weintraub will be the little princess.

What do think? I’d say they nailed it!

As for the flashbacks featuring Prince Harry’s childhood, his beloved mother Princess Diana will be played by Bonnie Soper. Soper is probably best-known for her role as Annabelle on “Filthy Rich,” but along with her acting chops, she also has a very strong resemblance to Princess Di.

And just take a look at these behind-the-scenes images Lifetime shared:

Oh and that dead ringer for Queen Elizabeth II? That’s Maggie Sullivan.

This movie is shaping up to one of Lifetime’s best! Can’t wait till it debuts (which is sometime this spring, though we have no official date yet).
