You Can Now Buy Bob Ross Cereal

Bob Ross made people’s lives better through his classic TV series, “The Joy of Painting,” and his inspirational messages that went along with it. And now — it’s easier than ever to incorporate some of the Ross mentality into your day, starting at breakfast. Bob Ross Cereal is now a thing, and it’s here to put some joy back into your mornings!

The product is officially called — and rightfully so — Bob Ross: The Joy Of Cereal. Each box features a Lucky Charms-like cereal consisting of toasted-oat pieces accompanied by marshmallows in the shape of almighty mountains, lovely little bushes and misshapen happy little accidents, according to the product description, and we’re sure Ross wouldn’t want it any other way!

In case you’re unfamiliar, Ross hosted “The Joy of Painting” from 1983 to 1994 and spread positivity while also teaching folks how to paint. His calm, reassuring style made him unique from just about every other person to ever host a TV show.

Here’s a clip from the show in case you’re curious or just need a little inspiration to get through the day:

This cereal is available exclusively through retailer FYE’s website and is selling for $12.99 a box — which may seem a little steep for a cereal, but it’s a small price to pay to incorporate even more positivity into your day. Plus, at the time of publication, it was marked down to $9.99.

And just look at the box. It’s a masterpiece that you’ll probably want to proudly display on your counter for months.

People can hardly control their excitement about this breakfast item, and they’ve taken to Twitter to praise this cereal as a way to start the day:

Twitter user @glennphillips_ wrote, “So you’re telling me there is Bob Ross cereal that you can enjoy while watching Bob Ross. I’m definitely okay with this”:

And Twitter user @hmpwest was ready to make a purchase, writing “I need a box. Or 10”:

Twitter user @TheRadioDude summed up how pretty much all fans of both the painter and cereal for breakfast feel tweeting, “I need this in my life”:

Agreed!

And based on a review from @junkfoodmom on Instagram, this cereal is just as amazing as you’d imagine both in terms of taste and a happy dose of morning motivation:

“If you’re hungry and need some positivity and motivation … this cereal is not only good but the back of the box is great motivational reading. You can do it,” the caption read.

So, are you ready to start your mornings off with an inspirational breakfast? If so, you’re definitely going to want to purchase this cereal. Once you do — better days are in your future!
