Zoe Saldana’s Sons Make Their Public Debut To Celebrate Her Hollywood Star

Actress Zoe Saldana received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on May 3, and her three sons were on hand to help her celebrate. Not only was Saldana honored with this prestigious accolade, but the event marked the first time her children were spotted out together in public.

Her husband, Italian artist Marco Perego-Saldana, joined 15-month-old Zen and three year-old-twins Cy and Bowie for the occasion. The whole family looked absolutely adorable for Saldana’s big day.

Also present were Saldana’s mother, her sisters, her grandmother and “Avatar” director James Cameron. Guest speaker Mila Kunis gave remarks about her friend and colleague.

“I admire you as a person, a wife, a sister, a mother, a businesswoman and an actress,” Kunis said during her speech. “While the world knows you for the characters you have played, I have the privilege of knowing the working mom behind-the-scenes.”

In her own speech, Saldana praised her husband for his continuous support and spoke about the pride she feels as a mother.

“[Y]ou what makes me most excited when I wake up?” She asked. “The three masterpieces that we have created: Zen, Cy and Bowie. Mama te quiere, I love you.”

The “Avengers: Infinity War” star has previously spoken out about how her work has influenced her young sons.

“I’m raising three boys as someone who has done three movies that have become franchises [“Star Trek,” “Avatar” and “Guardians of the Galaxy”],” she told Yahoo Style in 2017. “My boys are obsessed with female superheroes. And we have to search high and low to find those toys.”
