Bath & Body Works’ new line of scented candles will get you excited for fall

If you’re already counting down the days til the Pumpkin Spice Latte’s return, then get excited — Bath & Body Works has all the smells of fall ready for you in candle form.

The company has released 40 scented candles (plus three hand soaps) in their fall collection. New and old scents are included.

“Pumpkins. Apples. Jumping in leaves. Whatever you’re feeling, we’ve got the best fall candles for it,” Bath & Body Works posted in a highlight of its limited-time collection.

Among the sweet autumn smells are “Cinnamon Irish Cream,” “Sugared Snickerdoodle,” “Coconut Macaroon” and “Salted Butterscotch.” Yum!

Need your pumpkin candle fix? Choose from “Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte,” “Pumpkin Pecan Waffles,” “Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin,” “Pumpkin Clove,” “Pumpkin Cupcake,” “Pumpkin Peanut Brittle,” “Caramel Pumpkin Swirl,” “Pumpkin Apple” and of course “Pumpkin Pie” candles.

Bath & Body Works mines all aspects of fall with these scents, including the kind that give you the warm fuzzies.

For instance, if you’ve ever wondered what sweater weather would smell like (hopefully not mothballs) you’re about to find out with “Sweater Weather,” which contains “Fresh Sage, Juniper Berry, Aromatic Eucalyptus, Fresh Woods with Essential Oils.”

You can also cozy up to “Flannel” and its fragrance of “Fresh Bergamot, Heirloom Mahogany, Soft Musk with Essential Oils.”

We’re a bit confused on when we might catch a whiff of “Peppered Suede” in real life, but it’s captured in candle form and described as scented with “Effervescent Bergamot, Black Peppercorn, Soft Amberwood with Essential Oils.”

“Frozen Lake” sounds like it’ll smell fresh and crisp with its “Lavender Leaves, Cool Eucalyptus, Juniper Berries with Essential Oils.”

And if you’re opposed to seasonal creep and buying autumnal candles when it’s still peak summer and scorching out, there are a few scents in the collection that can span both summer and fall and appease seasonal purists. Check out “Marshmallow Fireside,” “PB&J,” “Wine Cellar,” “Warm Apple Pie,” “Peach Cobbler” and “Blueberry Maple Pancakes,” among them.
