Ever since it was released last year, “Shape of You” by Ed Sheeran has been a massive hit, breaking records and showing no signs of stopping over a year later. If you’re a fan of the pop song (and who isn’t?), you need to check out these dancers performing an awesome routine to the song. It will completely change your view of the ubiquitous tune.

The video was shared last year by choreographer Kyle Hanagami, and I would say he definitely knows what he’s doing when it comes to creating hypnotic dance numbers. Check it out:

Although the tune is super catchy, it doesn’t necessarily sound like a dance song the first time you hear it. However, these pros make it look like it was made for dancing. And they were not the only people to make this track dance-able. Check out a number of groups busting moves to the song in a video posted with choreography from Matt Steffanina and Phillip Chbeeb:

Steffanina even offers a tutorial video for those would like to try and replicate his moves at home:

The song has even been used by dancers of completely different styles. Watch these traditional Irish dancers somehow make the smash hit work for them:

Pretty amazing! Even his slower ballads have been utilized on the dance floor, like this couple who decided to dance to Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud” for their first dance together at their wedding:

And Olympic ice dancers Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir even skated to Sheeran’s song, “Perfect,” for one of their beautiful routines:

French skaters Vanessa James and Morgan Cipres chose Sheeran’s “Make It Rain” to skate to in the short program at the 2018 Winter Olympics.

I’d say it’s official: There’s an Ed Sheeran song to dance to (or skate to!) for every occasion. Who knew?!
