This awesome tiny home has a greenhouse and a porch swing—and it’s for sale
Tiny homes have definitely grown in popularity in recent years, thanks to their affordability, the low level of maintenance they require and their small carbon footprints, as compared to traditional-sized homes. If you’ve thought about getting in on the trend and drastically downsizing your living space, and you just so happen to love gardening, there is a tiny home on the market right now that might just be perfect for you.
It’s called the Elsa, and this tiny home comes with its own greenhouse and porch. The Elsa is built by Olive Nest Tiny Homes, and the main structure measures 323 square feet. The home has already gained some fame, having been featured on an episode of “Tiny House, Big Living.” Here’s a shot of the exterior of the adorable home:
And here’s the interior, which features a lofted bedroom space as well as a galley kitchen that manages to fit a fridge, a full-size gas range and oven, a stainless steel sink and a moveable bar table for dining.
But what really makes this particular tiny home special is a second 85-square-foot trailer that attaches to the main home. This mini-greenhouse offers the ability to grow fruit and vegetables year-round, and wraparound planters on the outside would be the perfect spot to show off your green thumb to visitors.
There’s also a small deck with a porch swing, where you could kick back with a cold glass of lemonade after a day spent tending to your garden.
