Gwen Stefani looks gorgeous in new photos with minimal makeup

Gwen Stefani loves a glam look and is rarely seen without a bold lip.

In fact, she even partnered with Urban Decay to create eight vibrant lipstick shades that are anything but discreet.

However, the 48-year-old singer and coach on NBC’s “The Voice” recently shocked her fans when she posted a selfie to her Instagram page that shows she is just as gorgeous when she goes au naturel as well.

In the intimate image, we get a rare glimpse of Stefani without her lashes, lips and Hollywood vintage waves.

Instead, she has barely-there makeup and her signature platinum locks are piled in a loose bun.

Wow. It is hard to believe that Stefani is nearly 50 years old!

Her skin is flawless and she looks like down-home perfection, which is fitting as these pictures were taken in Oklahoma, where boyfriend Blake Shelton calls home.

The No Doubt singer has always been upfront about her love of beauty and fashion, telling Marie Claire, “Even when we played with punk-rock bands, I was always girly. The best part is getting made up and then sweating it all off during the concert.”

However, Stefani is not afraid to go bare and let the world (or Shelton) see her without makeup on.

Back in 2016, the “Hollaback Girl” singer posted the image below to her Instagram, a picture that was apparently inspired by Shelton himself.

Stefani explained the striking image’s origins to People.

“I was laying there, I just got in bed and I was like, ‘Maybe I’ll send a picture to Blake,'” she told the magazine. “You just start fooling around with it. I actually had a new camera on my phone and I just took that picture.”

If only all of us were blessed to look so good in makeup-free selfies, maybe we’d do it more often too!

She’ll be in residence with her “Just a Girl” show at the Zappos Theater inside the Planet Hollywood resort for only 25 dates—from June 27, 2018 to March 16, 2019.

“To be able to do a show in Vegas is such an incredible honor,” Stefani said on Planet Hollywood’s website. “Growing up in Anaheim, California, I could never have imagined one day having my own Vegas residency. I have been so fortunate to tour throughout my career, but to create a show for Vegas is something I’ve never experienced and I can’t wait.”

Stefani is joining other popular musicians who have Las Vegas residencies, like Lady Gaga, Britney Spears and Celine Dion.

You’ll also find Jennifer Lopez at the Zappos Theater until September. Stefani herself even recently attended Lopez’s show, saying she was “inspired” by it.
