How To Make Squash Noodles More Spaghetti-Like

As you know, spiralizing vegetables into noodles is a healthy alternative to grained pasta. Historically, people have cut the vegetables lengthwise to create noodles, but we’ve recently discovered a brand new way to make the squash texture appear more like actual noodles. Here’s how to do it:

Instead of cutting the squash lengthwise, cut it into rings. Then roast the squash rings in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes. Remove the rings from the oven and let cool. Once cool, remove the skin of the squash and shred the squash with your fingers into individual strands.
