While the world continues to mourn the passing of Luke Perry, another of  his children has posted a public tribute to the late actor, who died after suffering a massive stroke. Jack Perry, 21, followed his sister’s lead by writing about his dad on Instagram. Along with a heartfelt statement, Perry also posted two photos: one of him posing in a wrestling ring and a throwback photo of him as a small child with his dad. Perry works as a professional wrestler who goes by the in-ring name Jungle Boy.

“He was a lot of things to a lot of people. To me, he was always Dad,” Perry wrote. “He loved and supported me in everything, and inspired me to be the best that I could possibly be. I’ve learned so much from you, and my heart is broken thinking about everything you won’t be here for. I’ll miss you every day that I walk this earth. I’ll do whatever I can to carry on your legacy and make you proud. I love you Dad.”

Prior to his post, Jack Perry’s sister, Sophie Perry, posted her own tribute to their father on Instagram, writing, “I’m not really sure what to say or do in this situation, it’s something you aren’t ever given a lesson on how to handle, especially when it’s all happening in the public eye.”

Perry’s kids are far from being the only ones to memorialize their dad online. Other tributes to the late actor have rolled in from celebs like Kelly Ripa, Molly Ringwald and former “Beverly Hills, 90210” co-star Shannon Doherty.

Actor Colin Hanks shared an especially touching story about the late “Riverdale” star. While on a flight with two screaming kids, Perry reportedly calmed the kids down by blowing up a balloon and presenting it to them “like he’s holding out a sword to a king.”
