Let’s face it: you probably don’t get enough sleep. Between work and/or children or simply the stress of life in general, many of us turn to coffee, soda or energy drinks to help us get through the day after a sleepless night.

But while chugging energy drinks may seem like a great way to keep you going, many are packed with sugar, which isn’t exactly healthy. The good news is that there are zero sugar energy drinks on the market, including a brand new one from Red Bull!

While they already make a sugar-free Red Bull, Red Bull Zero features a brand-new formula crafted to taste like the classic Red Bull Energy Drink.

Red Bull

One 250 ml can of Red Bull contains 80 mg of caffeine, which is about the same as a cup of instant coffee. Other ingredients include B vitamins and the amino acid taurine. Red Bull Zero also includes the sugar substitutes aspartame, sucralose and acesulfame K.

Red Bull Zero is available now in stores nationwide and on Amazon. A pack of 24 costs $60 on Amazon, or about $2.50 each.

If you’re not a fan of the taste of Red Bull, you’ll also find zero-calorie, zero-sugar energy drinks from Zeva and Aspire and a zero-sugar, low-calorie energy drink from Monster.

Coca-Cola also has a brand new zero-calorie, zero-sugar energy drink if you’re a fan of the classic Coke flavor! Coca-Cola Energy Zero Sugar combines the taste of Coca-Cola or Cherry Coca-Cola with more energy than a standard can of the soft drink. With 114 mg of caffeine, it contains more than three cans of Coke, which has 34 mg of caffeine per can.

Target

If you’re looking for something more on the healthy side, these low-calorie energy shots from So Good So You are available at Target stores nationwide for $3.99. They have 23 calories apiece and just 3.9 grams of sugar. They contain organic juices, probiotics and organic coffee berry. Each shot contains 95 grams of caffeine.

You can even grab a sleep shot from the same brand in case you need help unwinding after making sure you had enough energy to get through the day!

So Good So You

Will you be trying the new Red Bull Zero or any other zero or low-calorie energy drinks the next time you’re in need of a boost?
