Watch This Statue Turn Into Darth Vader When It Snows

If you thought your town was cool, think again. Because none other than Wejherowo, Poland has got you beat.

In this city stands a statue that is just a normal statue by day, but with just a light snowfall by night, it joins forces with the dark side. And it’s pretty much the best thing a “Star Wars” fan could ever see.

That’s right, the statue of Jakuba Wejhera, who was a 17th century military leader and also founded the town in 1643, is the deceivingly cool main attraction of the city.

Wejhara may look like a regular old statue, but as soon as it snows, he’s transformed into a Darth Vader replica. The force is definitely with this town, and it’s been hard for the citizens not to notice!

It was the city’s official Instagram account that pointed out the resemblance. All I can say is, if you’re a “Star Wars” lover, you may want to consider booking a flight to Poland before the snow melts. Because this is just too good to pass up.

Of course, people online have had a good laugh about this whole thing, and one person even suggested painting the trash cans around the town to look like R2-D2, according to BuzzFeed. That really would give this place a full-on “Star Wars” feel.

I’m not sure that the city’s ready to for that kind of a makeover, so for now, you’ll have to settle for bringing your lightsaber and posing in front of Vader for a photo. But hey, that doesn’t sound half bad, now, does it?
