Morning hair routines can be absolutely awful.   Here’s a little help to make it easier to get ready in the morning.

Put your hair in a bun. Easy as that. It prevents your hair from getting messed up while you sleep. In addition, it helps to reduce tangles and frizz because you aren’t rubbing your hair back and forth on your pillow all night.

Speaking of sleep, check out these 6 foods that can give you a good night’s sleep.

Bonus Tip

If you want a little volume help, try adding some curl or texture cream to your damp hair before you throw it up in a bun.  When you wake up it, you will have some amazing loose waves!
