These Champagne Ice Cubes Will Make Your Brunch That Much Better

FreshDirect

Just when you thought nothing could be better than Sunday brunch, the good people at Fresh Direct came up with this genius idea to make champagne ice cubes. Plop a few of these frozen cubes into your orange or grapefruit juice, and you’ve taken that boring beverage to the next level.

The process is really easy.  Just put your favorite champagne or sparkling wine into a standard ice cube tray and freeze overnight.

A bonus tip from Fresh Direct: If you are hosting a brunch, create a mimosa bar and set out the frozen cubes with other frozen fruit for your guests to add to their drinks. Sounds splendid!
