Katy Perry dressed up as Snow White for ‘American Idol’

Katy Perry went all out for the first-ever Disney-themed night on “American Idol.” To pay homage to the Disney princess, Perry dressed up as Snow White, and she was a dead-ringer! Seriously, the two were practically twins.

Perry wore a curly-haired black wig with a red headband, red lipstick and the iconic dress, puffy sleeves and all. Of course, Perry was also the Cinderella at the ball!

She posted about her costumes on Instagram, and you’ll have to see them to believe them. Prepare to not recognize Perry:

Katy Perry or Snow White? You could have fooled us!

Of course, she made a gorgeous belle of the ball as well:

She managed to stay in character, even when being interviewed.

“I just want to say it’s so magical to be here, and I’m so proud of all of the contestants,” she said in her very best Snow White voice. “I hope to see them at the happiest place on Earth — which is Disneyland — which is also my favorite place.”

The singer has shown her love of Disney on more than one occasion, too. She loves Disney and all it stands for so much that she even got to help honor Minnie Mouse when she got her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Perry dressed up for that occasion, too, by mimicking Minnie’s iconic red and white polka dots.

If being a pop star or hosting “American Idol” doesn’t work out, Perry could totally have a second career working at Disneyland as a character. Whether she’s dressing as Minnie or Snow White, she always nails her Disney impersonations!
