If your New Year’s resolutions are the same as ours — to eat healthier and get fit — there are plenty of options out there to help in your quest. From exercise programs to recipes to pre-made meals, it’s especially easy to find help achieving your healthy living goals this time of year.

And now, WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers) is adding to your choices with new pre-prepped meal kits that are sure to be helpful when you want to eat fresh but are short on time. WW Fresh kits are nutritionist-approved and you can make them in 10 minutes or less.

Each kit includes pre-cooked and seasoned proteins and pre-chopped vegetables, so all you have to do is open the package, heat it up in the microwave or on the stovetop, and you’re good to go. WW says there are no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners in the kits — just fresh ingredients.

“People are looking for nutritious meals that they can put together quickly at home, work or even on-the-go,” WW’s Stacey Mowbray said in a press release.

Of course, the meals also include WW point values, but you can enjoy them whether or not you’re following the WW plan. Currently, the kits are only available in most Hy-Vee stores and select Sprouts stores. There are six varieties available and the meals range in price from $14 to $20. Each meal serves two people.
