The cast of “Ocean’s 8” is super impressive. I mean, the line-up is stacked with eight incredible women: Sandra Bullock, Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Rihanna, Awkwafina, Sarah Paulson, Cate Blanchett and Helena Bonham Carter.

But, these women are more than just amazing actresses. They’re also a great support system and setting the bar for how the workplace should be for women.

According to an interview some of the cast did with NBC’s “Today”, the set was a great environment for Hathaway, who was a breastfeeding mom at the time. And that really does deserve a round of applause!

“I was so happy because I was breastfeeding, and I had that moment where I was like, ‘Oh, is this going to be a positive environment to be able to do that in?'” Hathaway said in the interview. “And everybody was fantastic, and they understood.”

There was even a time when the cast rallied for Hathaway to be able to take a break when she needed it:

“I remember there was one moment where we were shooting a little long, and I just kind of went, ‘Uhhh,’ and the girls were like ‘What’s wrong?’ And I said, ‘I’m sorry, I should have pumped an hour ago.’ And the girls just like formed around me, and they were like, ‘We need a break. We need a break. Annie needs to go do this,'” the Oscar winner said.

What an excellent example of women supporting women! Check out the interview below.

Kaling, who recently became a mom to a baby girl, also noticed what a great environment the set was for moms, as many of the women said they brought their kids with them when they were filming.

“It was nice to see — now with my daughter — they can weave into your life seamlessly,” Kaling said.

While breastfeeding didn’t prove to be an issue for the cast, and it was perfectly acceptable to have your children on set — Hathaway admitted that she was originally concerned about how the set would be for a new mom. Before stepping onto set, she was self-conscious about her post-baby body. However, her fellow cast mates quickly cleared up any worry!

“I walked on the set, and, you know, my weight’s a little up and I’m just aware of it. And I walk on the set and I’m in my jeans, and I’ve done my best and I’m going to love myself no matter what, and Sandy Bullock looks up and goes, ‘Looking good, mama!’ Cate Blanchett’s like, ‘Nice jeans, Hathaway!,'” the actress told Ellen DeGeneres in an interview.

These stories make the “Ocean’s 8” set seem like the dream work environment, and only further prove that these women are just as fantastic as you might imagine them to be, on and off the set. Way to go, ladies!

“Ocean’s 8” is in theaters now — so grab your gal pals and have a movie date!
