Lady Antebellum‘s Hillary Scott’s family just got a bit bigger. Scott and husband Chris Tyrell welcomed twin girls on Jan. 29, according to a social media post. They were already the mom and dad to a 4-year-old girl, Eisele, and now they’ve got a couple more little ladies on their hands.

“Our family is thankful and proud to announce the arrival of our precious baby girls. They were born in the early hours of January 29th, 2018 and we can’t wait to share more about them in the days to come,” the singer wrote in an Instagram post. “Thank you to everyone who prayed and prayed for these little ladies, and thank you Lord for healthy babies.”

The caption was accompanied by a photo of two tiny knitted hats. Aww!

Scott announced her pregnancy in August 2017 in the most adorable way. She shared the news with her fans by posting a video of how she and her husband shared the news with little Eisele.

Scott’s pregnancy announcement came after she had suffered a miscarriage. She was very open about the loss of the pregnancy. She said in an interview with “Good Morning America,” “Last fall, I went through a miscarriage. This is something that is still not talked about very often,” the country singer said. “I also feel like there’s this pressure that you’re just supposed to be able to snap your fingers and continue to walk through life like it never happened.”

But, she’s been open with her fans about how that’s not the reality of such a loss, and she’s said that her intense emotions even inspired the song “Thy Will.”

And since opening up about the miscarriage, and announcing she and her husband conceived twins naturally, she’s been keeping fans in the loop throughout her pregnancy journey. From announcing the gender of the twins in an adorable Instagram post to sharing the news that the twins have arrived, the singer’s openness has allowed fans and those who have also struggled with infertility the chance to feel like they’re along for the ride!

I couldn’t be happier for the family, and I hope we get to see more cute photos!
